The Nonsensical Lyrics: I've been around the world
Just trying to be your girl Why They're Nonsensical: And you can really imagine Sugababes physically straining in the studio to get something to rhyme with 'girl, can't you? Also, unless the boyfriend will be travelling with the 'Babes during the journey to 'try to be his girl', then I don't see how this can be achieved. Yet another modern song using probably THE most hackneyed rhyming couplet ever in a stupid context and even more ironic because when you think about it, the words don't even rhyme.

And every word is true The colour that suits you is blue Why They're Nonsensical: A fine lesson in contradicting yourself totally in one paragraph. Unless my maths has gone down the toilet suddenly in the space of a second, this supposed 'one word' actually consists of seven, if we're to exclude the second line and even in the second line the trio immediately negate what they said in the first by claiming that 'every word' is true. *Every* word when there's only one? It would've made slightly more sense if they said something along the lines of 'every letter's true'...however, take special note of the use of 'slightly' there.

The Misrhymed Lyrics: I'm caught up in the middle
Jumping through the riddle Why They're Misrhymed: It rhymes, but it doesn't make any sense! How can you jump through a riddle! A riddle is a kind of rhyme! You cannot jump through it! Okay, it could have been placed under the Nonsensical category, but the reason they wrote nonsense is because they were stuck for a rhyme! Come on, there are loads of better contexts for the word 'riddle' to use for the rhyme! Like 'So read me a riddle' for example. Makes a lot more sense!
