What?? How do your eyes become larger when it snows? Do your pupils get all dilated when you see the little white flakes falling down?

Think 'diamond in the rough'. This whole song is about a girl that feels really down but the guy is trying to say that she is much more than that. Read the actual lyrics and listen to the song a few times before you make comments like this!

I had been lead to believe that this was about taking heroine. 'Snow'? 'Kiss from a rose'? Ouch!

This is a response to Molly-O. In this song, Seal is using a metaphor. He compares himself to a greying tower (like a harbor) that sits alone on the sea. Then a woman, 'the rose', comes along and blooms by the dark tower. So the grey of the tower (the darkness) has been kissed with color and life, (from the 'rose')which causes a light to beam from it once again. It's really a beautiful metaphor, and I didn't understand it until I could relate to the words, and now it's my favorite song. I hope my comments make sense, but if not, oh well :)
