Handicaps? Hardly, more like handicapable. These performers still make great music even if they are missing one of the senses or a body part.
Wesley Willis: Schizophrenia
Chicago street musician known for his multitude of (tuneless) tunes about food, sex, rock performers he had met, and whatever else was on his mind (almost always using the same 3-minute Casio-keyboard riff). Always ended his songs with: "Rock Over London! Rock On Chicago" and an advertising slogan like "Fly the friendly skies!"
