Dated Song Lyrics:

"Palisades Park"
The Dated Lyrics:
How great a kiss can feel when you stopped at the top of the Ferris Wheel> Where I fell in love> Down at Palisades Park>
Why They're Dated:
Palisades Park was an actual amusement park in New Jersey located on the Hudson River that was built in the 1910s. Lots of couples might have fallen in love there, but sadly it closed in the early 70s to make way for an apartment complex. Chuck Barris wrote the song.

Maybe looks a little sassy
But to me she's real classy
Yeah my Tallahassee lassie down in F-l-a
Why:
In this 1950's classic from Freddy "Boom Boom" Cannon we have a mention of two places, a city and a state. Tallahassee is the state capital of Florida (appreviated Fla in this tune)!
