Lady Gaga is displeased with her former aide, Jennifer O'Neill, who sued Mother Monster in 2011 for unpaid overtime she believes she's owed. "She's just- she thinks she's just like the queen of the universe," Gaga said in a 6-hr deposition in the case obtained by the New York Post. "And, you know what, she didn't want to be a slave to one, because in my work and what I do, I'm the queen of the universe every day." O'Neill who worked for Gaga from 2009-2011 is seeking $393,000 and damages for 7168 hours of overtime that she said she was never paid. She and Gaga agreed to a $75,000 salary, according to the singer's deposition. Gaga said O'Neill, who worked for her twice, "knew exactly what she was getting into, and she knew there was no overtime the first time I hired her, so why would she be paid overtime the second time?" Gaga went on slamming her former personal assistant in what was a very colorful deposition which included excerpts that claimed: 1) that O'Neill lived a life of luxury at Gaga's expense sleeping in Egyptian cotton in 5-star hotels, was shuttled by private planes, ate caviar and the very best foods everywhere she went, and partied all the time with celebs in high fashion clothing using Gaga's YSL discount w/o permission 2) that O'Neill was a bad assistant that never catered to Gaga's needs which was her primary function 3) That O'Neill failed to make local purchases for her and so Gaga had to hire Security to escort her to common public places for simple things which was Jen's job and 4) that when she "needed" Jen, often times she wasn't even around, but on the clock getting paid for doing nothing! Tour Mental Health Counseling!!! - Lady Gaga
On the coming leg of her Born This Way Ball Tour, Lady Gaga will offer free counseling during the Born-Brave pre-show, courtesy of the Born Brave Bus. "It will be a fun tailgating experience for monsters to unite, " Gaga said on her Facebook page. The Born Brave Bus will give access to professional private or group chats about mental health, depression, bullying, school, and friends. There will also be food and games. DJ White Shadow and Lady Starlight with host BREEDLOVE to keep the experience fun. Gaga offers the judgment-free counseling in hopes of breaking the stigmas surrounding getting help and awkwardness of talking just to parents. The counseling is being offered courtesy of Lady Gaga and her mother Cynthia Germanotta through the Born This Way Foundation. The frontman for the US heavy metal band Lamb of God has been released from a Czech prison on $400,000 bail as police investigate an incident in which he allegedly pushed a fan off a stage and the man later died of his injuries. Lindsay Lohan was arrested recently on charges of clipping a pedestrian with her car and leaving the scene of an accident which caused an injury. Lindsay Lohan's attorney has suggested to prosecutors that the actress serve as a motivational speaker and perform non-jail activities to resolve her latest criminal case. Burglery Charges Dropped - Lindsay Lohan
Lindsay Lohan will not be prosecuted for a burglery at a home where she been a houseguest for lack of evidence. A Los Angeles judge revoked Lindsay Lohan's probation and scheduled a violation hearing that could result in more jail for the 26 year old. The actress faces three counts of reckless driving, lying to a police officer, and obstructing an officer from performing duties after an accident in which Lohan's Porsche slammed into the back of a dump truck in June. Authorities allege that Lohan lied about not being behind the wheel before the accident and the charge could prompt a probation violation in her 2011 necklace theft case. Poilice were called to Lindsay Lohan's childhood home in suburban NY recently after a report of a fight between Lohan and her mother. It was the third run-in between Lohan and NY Police Officers in the past several weeks. Nassau County Police Inspector Kenneth Lack said officers were called about 8am Oct 10th to Merrick, Long Island, home where ther 26 year old grew up. According to CNN, Taylor fan Angel Alger bought the lavish 38-foot travel trailer, where Taylor's romance with Richard Burton began, for $50,000 in June. Lindsay Lohan accepted a plea deal recently in a misdemeanor car crash case that includes 90 days in a locked-down rehabilitation facility. Lohan pleaded no contest to the charges, but was found in violation of her probation in a 2011 necklace theft and sentenced to 180 days in jail. But she can avoid jail time if she complies with the conditions of the plea deal: 30 days of community labor, 18 months of psychological therapy, and an unspecified fine and restitution. The sentence extends Lohan's probation for another 2 years.

Lindsay Lohan briefly appeared in court recently for the first time in nearly a year and left with a new lawyer, new trial date, and a new judge. Superior Court Judge Stephanie Sautner shook her head when she saw Lohan seated with her attorney, just months after the judged had warned her to grow up and stay out of trouble. The actress was required to attend a pretrial hearing involving three misdemeanor counts filed after a car crash in June 2012. Lohan has pleaded not guilty to lying to police, reckless driving, and obstruction. Lohan was on probation at the time of the wreck and could be sentenced to 245 days in jail if the judge determines her actions in the crash were a violation of her probation for the theft case. Sautner, however, is retiring on March 1st so Lohan faces a new judge. Lohan's new trial date is March 18th. Lohan also has a new attorney- Mark Heller. Her former attorney Shawn Holley was "not wanted" by Lohan. Even if Lohan wins on the West Coast she still faces charges in New York!

Lindsay Lohan has been banned from the Chateau Marmont over an unpaid bill of $46,350 for the past two months and has been ordered to vacate by August 1st. Lohan has had her belongings in storage since moving out of a Venice town house in February. At that time, she moved into the Chateau Marmont into a freebie room kept by a friend. But by June she was being charged and ran up bills on ridiculous items that included various magazine deliveries, iPhone chargers, plus expensive restaurant, room service, minibar, and cigarette charges! No Delay in Trial - Lindsay Lohan
A Los Angeles judge refused to delay Lindsay Lohan's trial on reckless driving and other charges and admonished her attorney, saying the lawyer needs help on the case. Superior Court Judge James R. Dabney advised New York lawyer Mark Heller that his pleadings weren't appropriate under California law. Heller was told to get assistance from another attorney or Lohan would be required to attend hearings to guage his ability to represent her. Dabney also said there was no good reason to delay the March 18 trial, noting that he was skeptical that more time would allow Lohan to demonstrate she had changed after years of run-ins with the law. "I don't know how the next two weeks is suddenly going to change the history of this case, these cases," Dabney said.

Catching an Intruder - LL Cool J
Recently, rapper LL Cool J was surprised by noises in his kitchen around 1am in the morning only to discover an unknown man in his home who then rushed him. LL Cool J delivered a broken nose and jaw to the man who was a transient that had just walked into his home (probably scavenging for food) and suffered the consequences. The unidentified intruder is being treated in the hospital for his injuries. It is not clear if LL Cool J pressed charges or not (TMZ)...

this surf / instrumental rock band hails from Nashville (that's right!) and they wear Mexican wrestling masks. They did when I saw them live. It's like KISS but it's not Kabuki makeup being used here.
