Band Name Origins:

This group was named this to insinuate that they were a new edition of the Jackson 5. They were five in number and Ralph Tresvant possessed that high pitched singing voice for which Michael was known. However, it ended up that Bobby is more on the crazy side like Michael not Ralph.
