Why They're Nonsensical:

Lovely Maria sings a sweet tune but the song mixes up the ecology a bit. Sand dunes, oases, camels, etc., obviously evoke the image of a Saharan or Arabian desert. However, the reference to cactus places it in more of the high-desert Sonoran type. Still, it's a fun song by a unique and classy artist.
