My Chemical Romance's, "Early Sunsets Over Monroeville"
The Lyrics:
Up and down escalators, pennies and colder fountains
Elevators and half price sales, trapped in by all these mountains
Running away and hiding with you
I never thought they'd get me here
Not knowing you'd change from just one bite
I fought them all off just to hold you close and tight

But does anyone notice?
But does anyone care?
And if I had the guts to put this to your head...
But does anything matter if you're already dead?
And should I be shocked now by the last thing you said?
Before I pull this trigger,
Your eyes vacant and stained...
And in saying you loved me,
Made things harder at best,
And these words changing nothing
As your body remains,
And there's no room in this hell,
There's no room in the next,
But does anyone notice there's a corpse in this bed?
I'm not even entirely sure why this song creeps me out so much... It starts off for the most part seeming sane and good-natured. When it gets to this bit where it sounds to me like the girl is a vampire and he has to shoot her... Eh. It all changes. And I find that the music is tense and building, too.

My Chemical Romance's, "Headfirst for Halos"
The Lyrics:
And now the red pills make me fly,
and the blue pills help me fall.
And I think I'll blow my brain against the ceiling!
And as the fragments of my skull begin to fall,
fall on your tongue like pixie dust,
just think happy thoughts!
Pretty self-explanatory. I mean, READ IT.

The Lyrics:
Mama, we all go to hell.
Mama, we all go to hell.
I'm writing this letter and wishing you well,
Mama, we all go to hell.
Oh, well, now,
Mama, we're all gonna die.
Mama, we're all gonna die.
Stop asking me questions, I'd hate to see you cry,
Mama, we're all gonna die.
And when we go don't blame us, yeah.
We'll let the fires just bathe us, yeah.
You made us, oh, so famous.
We'll never let you go.
And when you go don't return to me my love.
Mama, we're all full of lies.
Mama, we're meant for the flies.
And right now they're building a coffin your size,
Mama, we're all full of lies.
Well Mother, what the war did to my legs and to my tongue,
You should've raised a baby girl,
I should've been a better son.
If you could coddle the infection
They can amputate at once.
You should've been,
I could have been a better son.
And when we go don't blame us, yeah.
We'll let the fires just bathe us, yeah.
You made us, oh, so famous.
We'll never let you go.
Omg Just read, it explains itself

My Chemical Romance's, "Our Lady of Sorrows"
The Lyrics:
And then we'll solve the mystery of laceration gravity
...It kind of paints violent mental images, if you ask me. Being virtually sliced up just by gravity.

My Chemical Romance's, "The Ghost of You"
The Lyrics:
You are never coming home, never coming home
When I was 10, this scared me for some reason... I guess it reminded me of death and never seeing someone you love forever made me depressed or something. I really don't know...
