Band Name Origins:
- These guys were from Sacramento, CA originally. They played locally as City Kidd, and when they changed their name, they got the idea from the streets near the old K&K music store where they bought some of their equipment. In north east Sacramento, many of the streets were named after inventors like Bell, Watt, Howe, Ethan, Fulton, Whitney, Marconi, Edison, Tesla, etc. The music store was on the corner of Cottage and Fulton, and Tesla Way was one block further south on Fulton Ave! Submitted by: Dan Keytones
- Named after the famous scientist, Nikola Tesla. Submitted by: hardrocker
