It's too easy to make a phonetic mistake, especially when the singing is rapid like on this song. Besides, this song charted up to #30 and a song with the 'F-word' in those days would be hard-pressed to make it so big. But then again, the Eagles' 'Life In The Fast Lane' graced the Top Ten and it has the 'G-word'! Sounds like a double standard here.
