| Parody Song Title: | "A Prison Story" |
| Parody Written by: | Billy Boyd |
I've never been in prison thank God, but I've seen movies like Shawshank Redemption and American History X that scared the heck out of me....makes me always wanna be good.
Well, I'm not a queer
but there's a man up my behind
and next to him, three more bad men
who want their turn inside
The guard's not helping me
he turns a blind eye
He knows that I am just a lifer
in prison, I have no rights
Well, I guess that I deserve this
for committing that cold murder
but my wife was rich, and I needed the money
But I just never considered
her father's investigator
he was so good, they soon found out, and the cops arrested me
The judge sent me here for life
but I'm really not that tough a guy
but I tried hard to never let that show
But I'm so short and soft and pudgy
they all knew that they could f*ck me
and I don't even have to drop the soap
Now, I'm lying here
with prison on my mind
I just can't take, all of these rapes
oh, I must leave tonight
But the guards would catch me
if they saw me try
but I can still get out of prison...
I'll commit suicide!
but there's a man up my behind
and next to him, three more bad men
who want their turn inside
The guard's not helping me
he turns a blind eye
He knows that I am just a lifer
in prison, I have no rights
Well, I guess that I deserve this
for committing that cold murder
but my wife was rich, and I needed the money
But I just never considered
her father's investigator
he was so good, they soon found out, and the cops arrested me
The judge sent me here for life
but I'm really not that tough a guy
but I tried hard to never let that show
But I'm so short and soft and pudgy
they all knew that they could f*ck me
and I don't even have to drop the soap
Now, I'm lying here
with prison on my mind
I just can't take, all of these rapes
oh, I must leave tonight
But the guards would catch me
if they saw me try
but I can still get out of prison...
I'll commit suicide!

Sorry I DKTOS Billy Boyd, but this is well said. I have seen those movies. Here is a shameless plug you might like to read when you get time:

Not bad for a tragedy, but there's not much humor in this piece to make it a tragicomedy. Have you ever heard "My Cellmate Thinks I'm Sexy" by Cledus T. Judd, or seen the video? It's probably the perfect example of how to do this kind of comedy.
great stuff!! i spent the time to fit it to music and perform it often. fits good. thanks. might reconsider the ending though.
