Michigan’s governor, Rick Snyder, is trying to solve Detroit’s economic woes by giving the City’s financial decision-making authority to an emergency manager. It’s not working! Maybe the problems are so bad that nothing would work. But why try to solve the problems without involving the City’s mayor, who is highly respected and has almost 30 years of experience at running a business?

Jonathan, on a lean day for parody comments, I appreciate your taking the time. Yes, it would be difficult to top the humor of the OS.
I'm clueless about the topic but still enjoyed it because of the OS: I believe it's Chuck's biggest selling (and worst) song.
