Original Song Title:

Original Performer:

Patsy Cline

Parody Song Title:

"Stalking After Midnight"

Parody Written by:

James Squire

Another for my Aussie parody mate - Hope you like this one Busty
I go a-stalking after midnight
All day and all night
Just to keep my eye on you
I go a-stalking after midnight, following you

I'll wait for hours, peeping through curtains
You know it's certain
I am always watching you
I go a-stalking after midnight, following you

Chorus
I like to watch you when you're eating
Showering or sleeping
Every little thing that you do
I call you on the phone
Just to hear you say "hello'
I'm wearing your underwear too

I go a-stalking after midnight
All day and all night
Just to keep my eye on you
I go a-stalking after midnight, following you

Woo hoo! That's what I like - genuinely funny and not political or dirty. Love your work.

Is This James Squire? My name is Doug. I was reading your Lyrics, "STALKING AFTER MIDNIGHT" I thought, that was very funny. I'm not in a band or anything like that, but I love singing at Karaoke clubs, & like to make up my own words. I can also make my own Karaoke CD's with Parodies in place of original lyrics. I love to sing funny songs. I was wondering, Would it be OK, if I add your lyrics to a Karaoke CD, & would it be OK to sell it to people who want's them? Thank You Doug
