The Lyrics

I think you'll find that that's MY seat, actually.
Gotta deal with the hunger pains, gotta deal with that ev'ry day
Gonna treat myself, gonna take me out (me out)
Trust me, that takes a lot of time, making reservations online
Worth it to know a table's mine, zero waiting now (waiting now)
Well, still a bit, still standing in the line, it's true
Hostess gives my number but now I'm confused

My booth, my booth, not yours, I want what's mine, better dare not stall
My booth, my booth, not yours, move your arse now, right through those front doors
My booth, my booth, not yours, why'd you sit down? How come? What for?
My booth, my booth, my booth, my booth, not yours

I can tell you're not wasting time, there's no table scraps there to spy
Still got menus, standard and wine, so your tale's a lie (tale's a lie)
And I can count, don't try to joke that I don't know where to go
The "Reserved" sign's still there, dope, oh-oh, oh-oh, oh
Already took a snap, wanted some bonus proof
Add it to "the hostess also looks confused"

My booth, my booth, not yours, I want to dine right next to this wall
My booth, my booth, not yours, others around are full, find those doors
My booth, my booth, not yours, don't make me pound you through the floor
My booth, my booth, my booth, my booth, not yours

My booth, not yours

My booth, my booth, not yours, don't you dare lie "I'm on break, that's all"
My booth, my booth, not yours, compare your outfit to hers, huge flaws
My booth, my booth, not yours, hostess says "Out!", your whole plan falls
My booth, my booth, my booth, my booth, not yours

Oh-oh, oh, oh, my booth, not yours
Oh-oh, oh, oh, my booth, not yours

Meanwhile the other tables are taking bets on whether the asshole will say "Don't you know who I am?" or "I want to speak to your manager!" first.

Why do you clean out the cookies to give me bogus 111 votes?

It's a very nefarious plan. Step 1: I do nothing. Step 2: Someone else does it for whatever reason. Step 3: I get all the blame...somehow. Step 4: I laugh at the people blaming me wasting their time accusing me of doing it with zero evidence. Simples!

“Simple as the day is long!” — “Rhythm Steps”, Herbie Kay & his Orchestra (1935). I guess you know what this song is.
