RHCP parodies themselves (and Tom Petty), but you took it one step further with this TV-list song that's on the level of Weird Al. Nice.
Fantasic Parody! Of a song that was begging for mockery!!!
The pacing of this song isn't easy, and you did have some trouble with that and rhyming, which I consider to be part of pacing, but overall this was pretty well done. I gave it a 354 (giving everything decent 555 renders that score meaningless)

(AGES) Good job here Jack, I actually happen to like Red Hot Chili Peppers, but this was not one of my favs by them. I'm glad the first topic was television--it's a fun topic and appropriate too considering how much variety there is on TV today, of course if I want to see the variety I just have to read this song.

(SOTM) er, you missed Gilligan's Island and, er.....................no, I think that's about it - funny stuff, Jack - and an insight into your viewing habits - 555
(SOTM) Funny work, Jack, and you put a lot of research and effort into this. The rhyme scheme of this song is fairly tricky though, and the verses for the most part lacked that, which made following this to TOS harder than it needed to be. 455.
SOTM - There's a lot of name dropping here but without knowing the OS it just sounds like a random list.
