This is a fan piece because recently I've been pretty much obsessed with "How I Met Your Mother" thus I had to do a parody about the show and more importantly about my favorite character: Barney Stinson. I used to woo the girls

My life is boring an office drone
But she thinks that I’m a clone
The booze made them enticed
Strapped in gear from my submarine ride

Is to have flings in bed blonde and perky!
That brunette just spilled her drink
Soon that doll’s exposed with glee
A one night lover is all I can stand
Another lie from the vault: “Must leave for Japan”
It’s clear that I’m awesome chicks are clinging

Even clearer the suit I wield

I have watched HIMYM many times, but not enough to get many of the lines here. No doubt, Barney is going to be remembered in the Halls of TV. But for uninitiated readers, this is pretty wacky, yet seemingly random.

(Artistry) Never seen the show, but it still works by itself as an over-the-top parody of womanizing douchebags everywhere. 555 for you!
It's not bad, I've never seen the show though, and you missed some of the internal rhymes. . .but its hard to get into a parody about a topic I know little/nothing of. . . and the first stanza threw me off "I Used to woo the girls" and the rest of that stanza goes to singular, then back to plural--can be a bit confusing
