Band Name Origins:
- Revelations in the Bible speaks about the end of the world, and Tom Delonge was wondering if World War II was what the Revelations spoke about. The second bomb that was dropped on Japan was from a plane called Bockscar, but commonly misspelled Boxcar. "it kind of really freaked me out. At that point I didn't even want the name, but it was way too late. I blame Travis for that one." - Tom Submitted by: The Fonz

Story about this misheard lyric by: Tracey Actually this is a fairly new song by Boxcar Racer... I was recently at a concert where this song was playing, and me just knowing I knew the words was singing loud and way wrong! A group of people began laughing uncontrollably 'til one of them finally took a breather and told me what the real lyrics were! --- All this time, when I heard this song in my car I would sing along, 'We're next on Oprah... We're next on Oprah.' I must admit, I get a good chuckle now whenever I hear the song. And why I would think Oprah I don't know really (although the song could fit a Dr. Phil segment pretty well)!!! |

| "All Systems Go"
The Misrhymed Lyrics: I left my fear behind me
Of those lights out by the station The government is lying The youth they won't believe them Why They're Misrhymed: So are Tom DeLonge lyrics. Since it's an emo song (very instrumental), it doesn't matter anyway. Ha.
