Jeb can run on with the funding he's getting, but he's flat and he openly insulted Rubio, his friend. Rubio won the third debate IMO. Even Fiorina and Christie had their moments. Jeb seemed to be taking a nap! So for me it's now Rubio or Cruz... barring a political miracle!
