The Lyrics

Frodo and Sam look up at the high tower of Cirith Ungol, high above them, when suddenly.....

*ba-dum, ba-dum bum bum*

We're orcs of the land of Mordor,
We dance along the corridor
We do routines, and cut out spleens,
And attack the good guys' border
We dine here in Cirith Ungol
We eat bread with mold quite fungal.

*dum dum dum dum dum dum da, dum dum da, dum dum da, dum dum dum dum dum dum da, dum dum dum dum daaaa*

We're orcs of the land of Mordor,
We kill when we're given the order
But many times, we're given rhymes,
That are to sing quite poor(der)
We guard here at Cirith Ungol,
And we never, ever, bungle.

*orcs tap-dance along the corridors, play tunes on each other's helmets, etc.*

All are tough and sure ter
Chop up your wife and dorter,
We kill the elves, and men themselves,
Despite the fact we're shorter,
We have fun in the land of Mordor

*an extremely fat orc gets up and sings*

I'm very rarely bored(ur)

*dum dum dum dum dum da-da, dum da-da da-dum, daaaaaa!*

Just when I thought I'd seen the last Tolkienian parody for a while, another decent one comes up. As far as pacing goes, part of the original song's humor *did* lie in strained pacing and rhymes--so I'll give this three fives for the effort to capture even that part.

This is great! Man, I practically busted a gut when I read this! A definite triple 5!

Cute. I thought that this was going to be a parody of "The One Thing" by INXS! Not bad at all. 555

That is the most rediculous song I've ever seen on this site. You got all 5's from me despite minor pacing problems. "Despite the fact we're shorter". Good God... that's brilliant...

When I saw ROTK I actually expected the Intermission music from 'Monty Python & The Holy Grail' when they went over the bridge!

(Sci-Fi/Fantasy) That orc's not dead...he's pinin' for the desolate, ash-covered, Mount-Doom-eruption-blasted land of Mordor!

(Sci-Fi) Sorry, I guess I need to have a "Ring Job" done because I'm just blowing (white) smoke when I read these "LOTR" parodies...just doesn't work for me because I can't do the imagery to them...

BRILLIANT!!! i love that movie five shall be the number of the rating, and the number of the rating shall be five. No more, no less. Four shall thou not rate, nor shalt thou rate to two, excepting that thou then proceedeth to five. One is right out.

Just lovely! Two of my favourite movies in one parody! You did a great job. And i like the thought of orcs dancing along a corridor. Great!

Just like "99 Uruk-hai", this is another awesome LOTR parody. Keep it up, man! By the way, I forgot to mention I do play Heavy mode on DDR when you commented my "The DDR Nerd" parody. 4-5-4
