Sun and beaches? Geneva is up in the mountains, summer highs average about 25C / 77F, winter lows average right around the freezing mark. Clever title switch, but maybe take it in a different direction. It's the EU HQ of the UN; World Health Org; CERN, a high-energy nuclear research lab also noted for the invention of the World Wide Web upon which you are reading this. So, plenty of stuff to work with on your good title.

The simple way to require people to credit you properly is just "copyright 2009 TotalRipoff". Or just use the little c, or the symbol ©, or the HTML code for it, if you're into that. Even someone who sings it on YouTube should get your permission first, and must give you credit for the lyrics somewhere in their video.

Some pacing glitches (where the parody doesn't match the original song, or OS:

Meant for someone else
Holidays for someone else

Couple of extra syllables in the parody line. This happened a couple of other times. So overall, 3 for pacing, 3 for a funny idea with some not-quite-on content, 3 overall. Decent start for a new writer. Keep practicing - we all started somewhere. And welcome to AIR!
