Ah, being overweight in North America. This is EMPATHY and ENCOURAGEMENT, not throwing shots. My fellow has-beens and current hefty folk, this is for you - it's my story. And one LOSS I didn't regret.
I sat outside the Loblaws
Contemplating my life

I started chipless,
40 days without a bite
and soon I noticed that my

Now I am happy, lean and long
I felt insanely active
And not so mis'rable
I tell you, everybody

and watch the weight fall o-off

It probably wasn't helpful to anyone, but this song was one that I was learning (with guitar and piano accom. ) during my 8-month thing. So they both came together. Tah-tah
