This is about some poor soldier in ancient Rome who got thrown to the lions.
I can't fight this feline any longer
The lion knows I've lots of fear to show
What started out as menace turned to hunger
I thought I'd win the day, but now I just don't know
I tell myself that I can hold out forever
I've soiled myself out of unbridled fear
But I need to get all my thoughts together
Flee the other direction
And make an escape so clear
