The Lyrics

Once again, get treated to the 21st parody in a row of AmIRight’s favorite hoboes-with-oboes tune, inspired from a FedEx commercial.
Soon, (You’ll see it soon, there’s no blue moon)
See it soon, (You’ll see it soon, there’s no blue moon)
Camper Scouts are bound to get you,

Oh, (Turn on the heat, ad’s on your screen)
Won’t be slow, (Turn on the heat, ad’s on your screen)
Camper Scouts are bound to get you,

(all singers)
Camping, camping, camping, camping, camping...hmm...

(female singer)

Camper Scouts,
FedEx has aired, last year, they were airing,
Camper Scouts,
Turn on the heat, the ad sure was screening,

One, two, three,
Like that “Beat the Clock” show, (dee-de-oh!)
You’ll agree,
It’s the ad that‘s putting the world on it’s feet,

Camper Scouts,
Just like Frank’s store, everyone is cheering,
Camper Scouts,
Almost as if “Roxanne” had been nearing,

If you’re not George Briant,
Oh, you’ll go out and try it,
Well, simple as ABC,
Join the Camper Scouts!

(vocal trio)
Camper Scouts,
FedEx has aired, last year, they were airing,
Camper Scouts,
Turn on the heat, the ad sure was screening,

One, two, three,
Like that “Beat the Clock” show, (doo-do-do-doo!)
You’ll agree,
It’s the ad that’s putting the world on it’s feet,

Camper Scouts,
Just like Frank’s store, everyone is cheering,
Camper Scouts,
Almost as if “Roxanne” had been nearing,

If you’re not George Briant,
You’ll go out and try it,
Simple as ABC,
Join the Camper Scouts, whoa!

Camper Scouts,
(instrumental call-back)
Camper Scouts,
(instrumental call-back)

One, two, three,
Like that “Beat the Clock” show, (doo-do-do-doo!)
You’ll agree,
It’s the ad that’s putting the world on it’s feet,

Camper Scouts,
(instrumental call-back)
Camper Scouts,
(instrumental call-back)

If you’re not George Briant,
You’ll go out and try it,
Simple as ABC,
Join the Camper Scouts, whoa!

Simple as the day is long!

Hot dog! Fedora Fred’s sperm-parody factory ejaculated yet another rehash of his favorite geezer song onto the board talking about the length of the day — isn’t this the 800th one? OTOH, your rest home caregivers and your adopt-a-bot would be proud of all the recycling you’ve done, rehashing the same Depression-era record over and over. Just out of curiosity, do you even know how to read at a 1st-grade level? After reading stuff like this, I have to assume that the only things your three brain cells can comprehend are these obscure songs and topics. You’re a coward, Fedora Fred. Please pack up your Victrola, your broken record, your kids show DVDs, your Depends and your Hot Pockets and move on.
