and my cat's goin' crazy
fleas are a-jumpin'
and its hot on his hide
he starts to itch
when the weather starts cookin'

bite without warnin'
and those sores get to stingin'
can't get rid of those things
when the temperature's high
collar, he's scornin'
yes, he'll only run from you
that feline feels trauma
when fleas come by
