Last night I had the strangest dream
I never dreamed before
I dreamed the Kansas City Chiefs
Had found a way to score
I dreamed I saw a stadium
All filled with KC fans
And the reason they were cheering was
The Chiefs had won again
And the play-offs closed in victory
As the runner crossed the goal
And the Chiefs were on their way again
To play the Super Bowl
Then someone poked me in the ribs
And I awoke to see
The KC Chiefs had lost again
By 28 to 3
