^ thanks! it's a type of Japanese pancake, commonly made with cabbage, bacon & green onion! you can make with your choice of meat or vegetables, and it is usually topped with okonomiyaki sauce. (which my brother & I have made before, and it makes a delicious barbecue sauce!) as I said, I've yet to try the stuff personally, but supposedly it's delicious, and I haven't really been let down by a Japanese recipe yet!
