Parody Song Title:

"Select Series: Vampiric Cutie"

Parody Written by:

The Lyrics

This is part of a selected song series where I asked some people to choose a song from a list for me to parody. Red Ant chose the original song which this parody goes to, it's inspired by a vampire theme and fashion style from an anime series(but not the actual show itself). Sort of a cute spin on vampire girls.
Come, to me now
in my trance
as I lure... you in key
bite your neck
taste your flesh
now you are... one of me
drink your blood
cozy up
mood is good... no debate
take a look
can't you see?
I'm a cute... goth-lolita...

Come, dressed in black
draped in grey
as I lure... you to me
as we dance
in a trance
I'm a cute... goth-lolita...

And I swear that I do hate the sun
no, the pain won't be fun
oh, I do hate the sun

(solo plays)

(Oh, I do hate the sun)

And I swear that I do hate the sun
no, the pain won't be fun
oh, I do hate the sun
no, the pain won't be fun
oh, I do hate the sun

The next song parody goes to "Toys In The Attic", look for it soon. I love comments, so please tell me what you think. ^__^

Pretty good Step-chan. 5s. I'm guessing this drew little/no attention perhaps because the parody title doesn't scan to the OS title. Maybe I'm undead wrong! Anyway, good stuff. I'm surprised you had not done this Nirvana OS before now.

Thanks Red Ant! ^__^ I wanted it to have a title that was different than something that matched the OS(I'm like to do that part of the time), it could also be because others thought it might be directly about anime(which I avoided to make it more general), as for not doing one to the OS until now, I wasn't listening to the song very often, the less often I listen to a song, the less likely I am to come up with ideas. Thanks for the vote and comment! =)

Okay, a second vote, 111. Must be from the same person who hated the Sappy parody.

Or from someone who thought it was in bad taste(for using the word "lolita"?, it wasn't like I made it into dirty parody).

No offence, Stephen, (I really, really, really, mean it) but I didn't exactly care for it a whole lot. Sorry. 111.

Well, you didn't give me credit for pacing(that's what I do, even if I don't agree with). At least you commented you're rating, but a 1 in pacing is abit wacked.
Stephen Harrington - June 24, 2006 - Report this comment
You see, pacing stands for syllable count and overall lyrical flow to the OS. I went over this one to make sure it paced right. You ratings in funny and overall are not a problem, but you did the equivalent of punishing 3 things when only 2 are the crime.

Oh, sorry. I usually just wind up basing my entire vote on how funny. Sorry I had to dent your good votes.

You're new here. I thought I'd tell you about what it stands for, so no problem. But you did tell me what you rated it, so you get credit for that, it's good to be honest(most 111 votes are comment less). I'm not angry, it can just be cumbersome and alittle annoying when a parody doesn't get credited properly. Taste varies, but it's good to keep in mind to separate the categories, which is what I do.
