Just for the record, I've never done what the character in this song does. What am I, an idiot? The idea just came to me, and a few hours later I'd written this.

So I think I'd better run away
It was only 'cause my stupid friends dared me
That I did this idiotic thing
The whole world just fades away
The only thing I hear
Is the beating of their wings
