Note: Not all city bus drivers are like this. I only wrote this after dealing with a few of the ones described in this song: IE Those who drive off without giving people a chance to get on, those who take off without giving people a chance to find a seat and one particular one who wouldn't let me bring a bottle of soda on board the bus even though the rules say "Okay in covered containers" and the bottle had a cap on it. In other words, all bus drivers on power trips. Also, the 55 refers to the average maximum number of passengers on a city bus once all the seats are taken and there's still a large number of people standing.
