I don't agree with the subject as you would most likely guess, but it was pretty good. I will give you 5s for pacing and overall, but a 3 for how funny because I didn't agree with the subject matter.

I'm with Andria. I liked this author's parody of the Star Spangeled Banner better.
To quote Jimmy Stewart's character in "The Shop Around the Corner"-- "It's sort of an interesting mixture of poetry and meanness"... 5 for pacing... 3 for overall tone being more nasty than satirical.
You DO realize that the OS was about how Reagan and Thatcher were inching the world close to nuclear war, don't you? Really, the loons who are on the left are nowhere near the corridors of power. By contrast, the loon who are on the right are still in charge of the Republican Party.
