Original Performer:

Parody Song Title:

"Merry Christmas Bunnies!"

Parody Written by:

Jason

Christmas is coming! A light-hearted parody about Christmas and a pet usually associated with Easter, the Bunny!
Are they digging up a warren in the ground?
Its the time that every bunny comes around
Do they ask Santa for carrots?
Do they decorate their hutches?
do the children give them loving on the day

So here it is Bunny Christmas
every bunnys drinking rum
Bugs Bunny and his friends
They're simply having fun

Are they hopping with excitement for the day
Are you sure you've left them mince pies in the hay
Do they dance and sing for you Kids?
Do they say "Do spare a few quids"
And they dance and hop around the Chrismas tree!

So here it is Bunny Christmas
every bunnys drinking rum
Bugs Bunny and his friends
They're simply having fun

What will your uncle say when he sees your sister kissing Bugsy ahaa?

Are they decorating their hutches with snow?
They are hoping that your friends will start to show
Will they celebrate the New Year?
Will you say "The new year is here"
when you say its 2007 (two thousand and seven) now!

So here it is Bunny Christmas
every bunnys drinking rum
Bugs Bunny and his friends
They're simply having fun

So here it is Bunny Christmas
every bunnys drinking rum
Bugs Bunny and his friends
They're simply having fun

(repeat to fade)

When I had rabbits they loved to eat the leaves off our neighbors grapevine so I guess that would have been their wish.

(ABC3) The mental picture of little bunnies hopping around a Christmas tree whilst quaffing little rum mugs made me giggle and give you a 555 for a song I never heard before.

(ABC) Now, for your next holiday-parody-project, you could continue your bunny-theme and write a parody of "Jingle Bell Rock" called ""Jingle Bell HOP" !!
