The Lyrics

For all of those who've ever caught 'swamp foot' when using the communal shower in the dorm, this one's for you! (also my entry into the Artistry)
I can see it growin’ there
on on my itchy feet
in my shoes, where there’s dew
in the sweaty heat

Fun-gus! ya better take care
if you find it growing
'round your toes there

Fun-gus! ya better take care
if you find it growing
'round your toes there

Feet were lookin’ kinda clean
but that’s just a dream
‘Cause the toenails are gray
And the skin is green

Fungus! And ain’t it a shame?
When you think it’s finally over
But it’s growing again

Fungus! And ain’t it a shame?
When you think it’s finally over
But it’s growing again

I can picture every move
that a man should make
No flip flops in the shower
is your first mistake

Fun-gus! ya better take care
if you find it growing
'round your toes there

Toe cream, well that’s what you put
when you feel like you’re itchin’
when you have Athlete’s Foot

(instrumental)

I can see it hanging on
in my sweaty boots
It’s a hard thing to kill, it’s
got me saying “SHOOT!”

Sometimes it makes me say “Hell!”
when I get feelin' better
then I’m smellin’ that smell

Fun-gus! ya better take care
if you find it growing
'round your toes there

Fun-gus! ya better take care
if you find it growing
'round your toes there

Sometimes I think it's a shame
When you think it’s finally over
But it’s growing again

Toe be or not toe be risking the community shower, that is the question - but the answer it apparently to put the fun in fungus...

Foot fungus is my arch enemy...it threatens my very sole...I wish I could heel. A bit repetitive but funny stuff here.

It was okay, one thing is this particular song's set up made it difficult to be really over the top so it took away from the humor a bit and came off as a bit. . .well you know I'm just happy to have you back, so screw it. . .welcome back to Artistry!

(Artistry) Shame about the repeated choruses, but otherwise this was very good despite what little you had to work with. 555!
Blaydeman - July 04, 2011 - Report this comment
(Artistry) disgusting and yet still kinda funny.
