Original Performer:

Filmation "Isis" Theme Song

Parody Song Title:

"Oh Mighty ISIS (2014)"

Parody Written by:

Robert D. Arndt Jr.

The Lyrics

Part of 1970s Saturday morning cartoon line-up was the "Shazam-Isis Hour" by Filmation. Joanna Cameron played Andrea Thomas, a school teacher that on an archeological dig, had discovered the powers of Isis. This is contrasted in my parody to the ISIS of today that just declared as islamic Caliphate in the area of borders previously defined by Britain and France after WW1 which contributed heavily to post-WW1 ethnic conflicts (the old colonial overlords did this all the time around the globe).
Isis (1976)

Zephyr winds,
which blown on high
Lift me now,
so I can fly

Isis flies (to the rescue)

ISIS (2104)

Sunnis win,
Have made great strides
Shias bow,
Or else you die!

Iranian arms are now supplied
But Islamic Caliphate declared with pride...

Black Flag flies....
