The Lyrics
This is what happened recently when I tried to cook with a couple of friends of mine......
2LD4U:What are we going to have for dinner tonight?
Josh:We are cooking Spaghetti and Meatballs!
My mom says the stuff is in the kitchen,
And, we can both cook it ourselves.
2LD4U: Now I am filling the pot with water......no Josh, not with the filtered water!
Josh: We will use up all of the filtered water, and then we will fill up the rest with tap!
2LD4U: Now let us thaw out the meatballs......no Josh, don't just place them in the pan!
Josh: This is the way mom just cooks them.
Stan: Yeah, you do not need them to thaw!
(Stan buts in)!
2LD4U: Stan, you do not add the spaghetti until the water boils up!
Stan: (Pushes hand away) Leave me alone I have done this before!
Josh: (Takes me to the next room) Now you know what I have to live with.....at this rate I won't learn to cook!
(Musical break as Stan finishes the job)
Stan: Josh, don't put all of the spaghetti on YOUR plate!
2LD4U: That is okay I am not hungry anyway!
Stan: Fine, you can eat it all by yourselves. I will get myself something different to eat!
Josh:We are cooking Spaghetti and Meatballs!
