Actually. what the AZ Supreme Court is saying to the AZ legislature is "There is no law governing abortion in AZ at the moment because you let Roe v Wade set the parameters. But now that Roe is a dead letter, you need to get your asses in gear and legislate on abortion or some law from 1864 will go into effect. And AZ is about as Middle of the Road as it gets, so a law banning abortion after 3 months with some exceptions is the likely result. There is no possibility of an extreme position passing as that would be vetoed by our Democrat governor

As anyone who has lived in AZ for a picofraction of a nanosecond expected, the Arizona legislature just nullified the legality of the 1864 abortion law. No new law has been crafted yet, but most likely the usual 3 month limit for abortion, as AZ is a little bit right of center, which is why Dems are obliged to cheat to win statewide or elections for President or Senator
