Oddly enough I did another parody, of an Offspring song, called "I Can't Eat Meat". It was to the tune of "Come Out and Play" and the line was "You gotta keep it vegetarian".... Can't seem to find it now, but anyway here's one of a newer song but with the same theme!
Went to a nice buffet
Wanted to stuff my face
Lunch special's over but the dinner's just beginning
I grab hold of a hot dog bun (woah)
I won't put any weiners on (woah)
And I'm just wishing I could stuff my--

Ketchup's on
Mayonnaise
Rice goes on
Shoestring fries
Parmesan cheese
And apple pies
Memories of steak are sweet
It's too bad I can't eat meat
Those days are gone and I can't eat my baby back...

Eat stuff that isn't dead (woah)
We're all just wishing we could stuff our--
