The Lyrics

This is a song I wrote about a member of support staff at my house called Natalie Faulds with whom I usually get along. It refers to when we first met as well as a recent fallout I had with her and apologising afterwards.
You left at the same time as me
December 2011
That was when we both first met
On my way to Strand

It was such a shame to have
A handshake from an incident
Now I know just how you felt
When I yelled

So upset, you poor Norfolk lass
I have watched out my window when you cycled away

Oh Natalie, please stay
Oh Natalie, please stay

A pattern of the shifts you do
That's the way it goes sometimes
Now I know just how you felt
When I yelled

So upset, you poor Norfolk lass
I have watched out my window when you cycled away

Oh Natalie, please stay
Oh Natalie, please stay

I'm glad I did apologise
It was so hard now you know
Now you know

Oh Natalie, don't leave
Oh Natalie, please stay
On Natalie, don't leave
Oh Natalie, please stay
I would like to dedicate this song to Natalie Faulds. Apologising wasn't easy so I decided to do it creatively by writing this song.
