It was my boyfriend, not me, who actually misheard these lyrics. One day we were listening to this song in the car, and singing along 'cause it's such a cool tune. After the song ended he turned to me and laughingly said, 'Yeah, I like to cook inside, too, especially when it rains! Ha ha!' I gave him a blank look, not getting his joke. He was like, 'You know, the song....?' I had no choice but to bust up laughing, much to his chagrin, when I realized what he thought the words were.
