Comments are subject to review, and can be removed by the administration of the site at any time and for any reason.
Since the server address has to change, it takes a day or two before your internet host notices the change. I also need to make some configuration changes. I had to move the site as quickly as possible due to the hacker from last month, it should have been done weeks ago, but it started getting more serious this week.
Thanks for the update, Chucky. I was getting worried that the web pages were beginning to crash. I hope this will help keep the messageboards from those that want to destroy it.

yes, all your accounts and messages should be intact. If I hadn't shut the board down today, that may not have been the case, which is why I decided a day or two without the site would be better than losing everything all over again.

Interesting. I was gonna put a picture on my profile today too. Wonder how long it'll be before we get it back, I'm interested in the results of all the competitions going on. Just hope it doesn't crash completely.

I haven't visited the messageboard since Saturday afternoon; I was gonna go there yesterday (Sunday) but when I saw a weird screen, I went to the news items index and found this. I, too, am looking forward to posting again...whenever that is.

almost done. I'm in the process of moving the archives over (they're wicked huge), and some of the other smaller items. I have one problem remaining with the way URLs get translated, that I'd like to nail down properly. It should be back online Tuesday no matter what at this point.

Well....Denver did little to keep my mind off the board being down. The Bengals beat them.....so now I STILL can't wait to be back with all you wonderful people! Thanks again for taking care of all of us, Chucky :)

Thanks for the update on the Broncos game, Mark. The Colts lost to the Jags 27-24 and Manning and Wayne blew their tops. Now it's on to Kansas City to beat up the Chiefs. I thought they got lucky against Atlanta, catching Michael Vick and the D on a bad day. Let's hope the Colts are playing up to their best this time.

Well, now...I finally get back on the Internet after weeks and weeks of waiting and eagerly looking forward to returning to the board only to find this??? incase you miss the other thread, or haven't checked the board yet, it's back. It took well over 24 hours to restore the majority of the site (lots of stuff to download and upload, and upload is wicked slow).

FYI - I am having the same problem that Mark is encountering - cannot access "Messageboard" section. Not connecting to the Server.
At first I thought " Well it was to good to be true, a good site with good discussions with good people...all gone!" then after some noseing around I found you guy's again and it's only a temporary set back for bigger and better things to come...see guys soon!
