Perry Como, "It's Beginning To Look A Lot Like Christmas"
Misheard Lyrics:
Take a look at the fine attend
Listening once again.
Original Lyrics:
Take a look at the five and ten
Glistening once again.
NOT A TRADITIONAL SONG. Written by Robert Meredith Willson in 1951; recorded by Perry Como and the Fontaine Sisters that same year. Bing Crosby also recorded a version of it in 1951; Johnny Mathis covered it several years later, and his version began to get widely played on the radio in the late 1980's.
