Story about this misheard lyric by: The Love Almond I remember seeing the video for the first time on tv. Since I never actually paid attention to the song, all I saw was Joe Cocker hugging the female singer in something that looked like a cubicle of some sort. Then I heard what I thought were the lyrics of the chorus and automatically married the misheard lyrics with what I assumed I saw. As for the Beadle part...well, I thought they were singing nonsense. |
