Real Lyrics -> Bad Grammar in Song Lyrics -> Jessica Simpson

Song lyrics aren't supposed to be a fountain of perfect english, but on the other hand some are just so atrocious, they need to get called out. We're not looking for sentance fragments or the word ain't since there are too many instances to count.

Angels album at
Jessica Simpson's, "Between You and I"
The Lyrics:
Between you and I.
The appropriate title of this song should be "Between You and Me." Between is a preposition and the words you and I are the object of the preposition. You can't use the the subjective pronoun "I" as the object of a preposition. You should use the objective pronoun "me." Duh! The writer of the song apparently didn't have Mr. Mann in 9th grade English or this person would've known better.
