So if two different performers preformed the same song, you'll see misheard lyrics for both on the same page (provided the song title was spelt the same both times, and misheard lyrics have been submitted for both!).

The Story: Unless you happen to be hovering, it would be more than a natural assumption that all lower limbs would reach the floor. So at the time, I thought Craig was just pointing out the obvious. - Submitted by: Devil Jones

The Story: I had been listening to this song for months singing this 'misheard lyric'! When I was in New Jersey visiting my cousins, the song came on, and I began singing my heart out. When it came to that part, my cousins (one of which was driving us on the Garden State Parkway) started laughing so hard we almost ended up in a ditch!
