Misheard Lyrics Story:
|
"Venus As A Boy"
Misheard Lyrics: He believes in beauty,
Until now Original Lyrics: He believes in beauty,
Anjaa Naaaahhh |
Story about this misheard lyric by: Aelfhere I sang that song that way for years until I read the full lyrics (in Ultimate Intimate) and I felt happy, cause He hasn't stopped believing in beauty... my lyric changed the song meaning radically.... |
Repetitive Lyrics:
"Pagan Poetry"
The Repetitive Lyrics: Swirling black lillies, totally ripe
Why They're Repetitive: This is repeated through all the song, so if when you hear this song your'e trying to sing along and you dont know the real lyrics just repeat this: 'Swirling black lilies totally ripe', as if you were singin with the chorus (specially if shes singing something you do not understand unless you want to make funny noises trying to sound like her).

The Repetitive Lyrics: I love Him (x8)
She loves Him (x32) Why They're Repetitive: Ok, dont take me wrong, I love Björk, and I really like this song, its just funny how she really makes sure we get the idea that she loves whoever shes talkin about by repeating 'I love him' several times, and then its once again confirmed by the 'chorus' when she is supposed to stop sayin that and begin the repetitive 'This time I'm gonna keep it to myself' (that anyway it's her voice) when it goes 'She loves him' it's just nice cuz shes lovely :)
