The Nonsensical Lyrics:
I turn the engine but the engine doesn't turn
Why They're Nonsensical:
Jake, dude: just because you're Bob Dylan's kid, don't tell me you don't know that you turn the key, not the engine, of a vehicle. Celebrity kids...g whiz!

The Nonsensical Lyrics:
Man, I ain't changed, but I know I ain't the same
Why They're Nonsensical:
This line contradicts itself; either you have changed or you haven't. Which is it?

The Wallflowers', "One Headlight"
The Nonsensical Lyrics:
She said it's cold, feels like Independence Day
Why They're Nonsensical:
This doesn't make sense because in July, America is usually warm. I bring this up because the Wallflowers are an American band, and Independence Day in the U.S. falls during the summer.

The Wallflowers', "The Difference"
The Nonsensical Lyrics:
The only difference
That I see
Is you are exactly the same
As you used to be
Why They're Nonsensical:
Huh?! I'm baffled by is that a difference? It's actually kinda funny to some extent.
