Spitting Image (TV)'s, "Chicken Song"
The Nonsensical Lyrics:
And there's no escape
In the clubs or in the bars
You would hear this song
If you holidayed in Mars
Why They're Nonsensical:
Okay, it rhymes, but "*on* Mars" would also rhyme. And it wouldn't require you to spend the summer in the molten iron core of a planet.

Spitting Image (TV)'s, "Chicken Song"
The Nonsensical Lyrics:
Hold a chicken in the air, stick a deckchair up your nose
Buy a jumbo jet and then bury all your clothes
Paint your left knee green then extract your wisdom teeth
Form a string quartet and pretend your name is Keith
Why They're Nonsensical:
...say WHAT?! Who in their right mind would do all this? (Not to mention the lame choices for rhymes.)

Spitting Image (TV)'s, "I Never Met A Nice South African"
The Nonsensical Lyrics:
I never met a nice South African
and that's not bloody surprising mun
Cause we're all just godless bastards
Who smell like baboons.
Why They're Nonsensical:
This song was created during South Africa's Apartheid years, so it wouldn't have any relevance now. (Editor's note: you might want to also post this under "Dated" Lyrics.)

Spitting Image (TV)'s, "The Chicken Song"
The Nonsensical Lyrics:
Stick a deckchair up your nose!
Why They're Nonsensical:
1) A deckchair wouldn't fit up someone's nose! 2) And if it did, there is no point in sticking it up your nose! 3) Wouldn't it block your nose up?
