Why They're Inappropriate:
The now mostly archaic English pronoun 'thee' was used to address persons with whom one was on a different level of intimacy than those addressed as 'you'. So addressing the same person as both 'thee' and 'you' in a single sentence (hence with no chance that the relationship changed over time in between the uses of the two pronouns) was never proper.
