I don't speak Swedish, but this looks like a song about bone and joint ailments and it was fun to sing. Though I likely slaughtered the pronunciations.
Yes PMS, it is about that, roughly the title means "emergency orthopedics" and the song is a list of 10 things that might get you to consult a specialist in that field.
