I don't think I've ever had to call IT, which is great because I like to avoid talking at the phone if at all possible.

Yeah, this is exactly the kind of s*** people get when they have to call tech support. Although the first thing out of their mouth is usually, "Did you reboot?" And, usually, the problem disappears when *they* deign to sit down and look at your PC. First world problems. This is the best I have seen from you in awhile TCOP, good job.
