The Lyrics

DKTOS? lyrics here, sample on Amazon. The ending to this parody is a *bit* weird.
[intro]

It's war time

There is a hive

Those insects eat away...
Huge infestation they...
Grow and repopulate...
Time to irradicate
Set off the bug bumb spray...
Hoping for help from Raid...
Mites, roaches, everything...
Scurrying you can't see

Lice, ticks crawling up the walls
Tired of them comin' in
Time for a more drastic plan
Why call the Orkin man?!

It's war time

Must find the hive

Bought some more bug bumb spray...
Set them off house is hazed...
Mites, roaches, everything...
Scurrying you can't see
Those insects replicate...
Huge infestation they...
Grow and repopulate...
Home it may be too late

Lice, ticks crawling through the halls
Like a small marching band!
Time for a more drastic plan
Why call the Orkin man?!...

Some say.... trap with cheese
Rats they all have fleas
Some say.... DDT's
One way to kill freaks!

It's war time

Must find the hive

Dirty rooms set the scene...
That's how these suckers breed...
Filthy and quite unclean...
Perfect for insect queens
Drones creeping out of cracks...
Looking for tasty snacks...
I can tell by their tracks...
This is too big a task

They're on an all-out assault
Through ev'ry openin'
Where is my poor kitty at?
I think they ate my cat!

Time to call this house a loss
I think I blew my chance
Right in come the army ants
They're in my underpants!

Some way... I break free
One preyed right on me
One stayed... tight-ened cheeks
Bum-slayed, died, dead freak!.....,
Ahhh!......................
Oh....... ah............

Freaks!

Now war time

One less alive

So maybe seal their fate...
Crush them with backside weight...
Slowly they suffocate...
Who can't exterminate?!
This is a war I'll win...
Writhing and underskin...
Ass came through once again...
Thick got me through the thin!

{insects and other vermin scream this part}
Ahhh!...
Ahhh!...
Ahhh!.....

Ahhh!.....
Oh!....

{back to me singing}
I slay these
With ass cheeks
Don't blame me!

[more screaming sounds, song fades out]

"a *bit* weird"... Braggin' again, huh, Jack?? .... Oh, wait, you were aplogizing.... You know that we all love "weird"!.... Hope the Red Ant wore a gas mask while using Raid; I think that stuff kills ants... I would have thought the "deadly butt" would be emitting poison gas, but this was funny. Five battle medals.

Someone has to say it: Ants in your pants!

BTW 1: As I may have mentioned before I used to own this album but lost it, so I'm trusting you on the pacing. All 5s. (I was on the verge of rebuying it when I decided to order Jerry Cantrells solo album instead, but that hasen't arrived yet, probably not on stock in here, but in a few weeks...

BTW 2: AiC is to play a festival here this summer, apparently they've hooked up with singer William DuVall from Comes With the Fall, which I know absolutely nothing about, neither the man or the band. Do you?

Thanks TT, Alvin, Peter, AFW, Pat and Larry.

Tommy Turtle: Fart parodies are a dime a dozen, so I decided (or, I should say, the OS's rhymes dictated) to take a different direction.

Peter: The pacing is spot on and, in a few places, the rhyming is word-for-word too. I have both of Jerry Cantrell's solo albums (Boggy Depot and Degradation Trip), and all I can say is don't expect anything like Alice in Chains or you'll be sorely disappointed. I play them once in a while to see if I can change my mind, but that hasn't happened yet.

I've never heard of William DuVall or Comes With The Fall either, though that is probably a good thing. I know Maynard James Keenan of Tool sang vocals for the AiC reunion-tribute a while back, unfortunately no recording exist of that concert that I'm aware of. I did some Googling to see what the plans are for Alice in Chains, and didn't find anything really conclusive, other than they are playing together again after 10 years (or 8 if you count "Boggy Depot" as Alice in Chains minus Layne).

DKTOS, but I'm voting anyway, 555, a fun parody.

Thanks Step-chan. It's on the "Alice in Chains" CD (1995 release). I'd contemplated doing this one again called "Whatfreaks" about the site closing.
